An easy (and free) way to provide for Nicole's request of a discount to a hardware store is via Lowe's realtor registration program. As part of my closing process, I register my client with Lowe's and have a 10% off discount coupon sent to the client in my name, but coming from Lowe's. I did once get a comment from a client that they received the coupon a few days after they had just made a large purchase at Lowe's, but what can you do...
