Hi Albee,

You can work with the lender to get your loan modified. We work with lenders to help homeowners lower their monthly payments, work with late payments and lowering interest rates. Please read below on how we can help you.

WE CAN HELP!

Has your mortgage adjusted to a payment you can no longer afford?

Have you fallen behind on your payments and don't want to lose your home?

There is help. Call us today to see how we can work with your lenders to lower your monthly payment. We can also work with the lender if you are behind to get you caught and possibly avoid foreclosure.

If you are still the owner, you can cancel the listing with your Agent and keep the property. If you are behind on payments or cannot afford payments you may want to consider a loan Modification to change the terms.

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

Hello Albee,

To provide you with a more accurate answer, I will need a little more background on your home listing and what is already in place with the lender. Are you working with an agent currently or are you listing your home as a "For Sale By Owner"? If you could please give me a call at (424) 903-9428, I would be glad to go over this with you and hopefully provide you with an answer based on what we discuss and assist you in any way I can. You can also email me at KathleenPloch@remax.net.

Look forward to speaking with you!
