Mark Londner is the founder and only inspector of LBI Home Inspection, providing residential and light commercial service in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia since 1997. As a Licensed Architect for over 30 years, he has been involved in all phases of residential construction, and has extensive experience dealing with the causes, as well as the symptoms of problems discovered while performing home inspections.
Mr. Londner is a Certified Inspector Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), a Member of the Virginia Association of Real Estate Inspectors (VAREI), the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors (WVAHI), and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He maintains Architectural Licenses in VA, MD, and DC, is a Virginia Certified Home Inspector, a West Virginia Certified Home Inspector, and a Maryland Licensed Home Inspector. Mr. Londner has served on the American Arbitration Association's panel of construction arbitrators, currently represents NOVA ASHI as a Member of ASHI's Council of Representatives, and has served on the Board of Directors for both VAREI and NOVA ASHI.
Mr. Londner holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytectnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), is a graduate of Home Tech's Home Inspector Training Academy, and continues to pursue continuing education in excess of requirements set forth by ASHI, Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland.
As a highly qualified expert, with excellent credentials, and proven experience in technical construction matters, defective materials and systems investigations, dispute resolution and home inspection, Mr. Londner possesses a unique combination of qualifications that enable him to not only provide comprehensive inspections, but also to educate clients how to effectively and safely operate and maintain their home.
