I'm about to take my state exam Wednesday. Having trouble studying or what parts to study for. I was hoping someone could help me with that or tell me what parts to study more on. I can give ya my email to chat or my number to talk one on one. Thanks

I think it is a must to learn the vocabulary words... If you understand them, then you can make the best choice on the test. Go in with an open mind and just relax... And I agree with Barbara, get the CD self test and practice practice practice... I also recommend you take the prep class from Champions School of Real Estate... I think they have one of the best classes for the money...

I found when I took the test, I had a practice test from someone. It was an actual CD, and I just went over it constantly. The test is really a little of everything you have learned. I hreard they are all different, there are 3 different ones. I have to admit the questions on thr back of the courses were really pretty close. Where did you take your courses?
Good luck!

It has been awhile, but I remember that the agency part was a majority of the test. Contracts and Principals were pretty much common sense. Good Luck
