If you purchased Homeowner Title Insurance, then maybe that company can help you if the policy covers the foundation. However, this is not to be confused with regular Title Insurance, that type of insurance is really only for the lender not the homeowner.

Unfortunately the lender has nothing to do with your ordeal at this time. I would certainly contact your insurance company, providing them with all documents pertaining to the sale including disclosure statements by seller. You may also have something we call "implied warranty".
If the problem is expensive(all foundation issues are expensive!), I would contact a real estate attorney immediately with the goal of resolving this amicably but firmly with seller of the home.
