The ownership and mortgage are 2 seperate things. To give away your ownership does not change the fact that you are responsible to repay the loan. On the contrary, if the lender finds out they have the option to call the loan due immediately. This will most likely not happen in todays marketbut you have no protection and no property. Why do you want to do this?
