Days on market is a typical field found within the MLS. Any REALTOR that is a member of that MLS should be able to tell you the days on market for a property.

That field, however, is typically not visible to the public in any of the online search sites, so to find the info, you are going to need to contact a REALTOR.

Unless it's a For Sale By Owner, then you'd talk directly to the owner, of course.

I would ask; either the owner if it's a FSBO or the listing agent if a Realtor is marketing it.

Dave,
Ask your real estate agent, they can provide you with the current market time of a property listed in the MLS. If you are not working with a real estate agent, drop me a line and I will tell you.
