My name is Jonathan Bunce and I reside in the wonderful city of Los Gatos in California with my wife and two sons. Passionate about the outdoors, we enjoy snowboarding, soccer, football, baseball and working out. We enjoy time together as a family and are heavily involved in the community.

I have accummulated twenty years experience in real estate investment strategies and portfolio management, contract negotiations, mergers & acquisitions, sales and strategic account management.
Throughout my sales and management career, I have developed and implemented strategic plans growing companies from entrepreneurship visions to Fortune 500 performers. Obtaining critical knowledge, defining strategies, and negotiating are where I thrive. My education and background have provided me the skill-set to effectively listen and communicate amidst very complex situations. This experience, complimented with my quick-decision making ability, has allowed me to enjoy success in three different careers while establishing an extensive knowledge base in different real estate sectors.
