I worked as a public school teacher for four years before enrolling in law school in 1996. In 2005, I sold my house, and I realized that an attorney could assist in the process. Meanwhile, my job at the time didn't provide me with much personal satisfaction. So, I decided to start my own practice focused on real estate.
Expertise
After graduating from law school in 1999 (where I earned various awards), I went to work as a civil litigator. In 2004, I went to work as in-house legal counsel. I missed the private practice of law, and in 2005 I launched my own law practice. In 2006, I hired my associate Marc Holmes. Over the last two plus years, we have helped dozens of people buy and sell residential real estate. In fact, we've handled transactions totalling over $45 million to date. In addition, we help people either avoid disputes or, if one is in progress, resolve them.
